Caroline Bixby Caroline is a FCIPD qualified HR, Coach and Mentor. She has worked in a range of sectors including Professional Services, FMCG, Leisure and Not for Profit, regionally, nationally and internationally. She is HR Director for Scrutton Bland, a regional Accountancy firm with offices across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. Caroline is passionate about equity of opportunity and that nature supports mental and physical wellbeing. She enjoys challenging the status quo and ensuring that purpose, strategy and delivery are aligned. She is married, plays netball, loves Pilates and loves the outdoors. Her perfect afternoon is a walk through the woods on a sunny summer day with her family. Caroline joined the board in 2019, holding the position of Chair from June 2020 - Feb 2024.
