YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16-25

Our health, education and wellbeing programmes for young people helps them to connect to nature, make new friends and strengthen their resilience. We’re here to support young people who have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) to learn new skills and develop in a natural, safe environment.

Learn new skills, connect with other people and root yourself in nature in our calming woodland camps. Our programmes are tailored to each person, so you can discover yourself and the natural world at a pace that works for you. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, are feeling isolated from other people or need a safe space to recover, our woodland camps are here to enable you to do just that.

Learn new skills for life

If you feel your young person, or the young person you support, needs something different to engage them, we can create an educational programme that meets their needs and aspirations. We truly treat each person as an individual and tailor their learning to support to them. We keep our groups small and our approach flexible so that anyone can feel the benefits of our naturally inspired education. By introducing young people to new skills, qualifications and learning within the natural world, they can flourish at their own pace.

As we work across several calming woodland camps, we work with each person to understand their needs and match them to the right location.

Dress for the weather! Whether it’s warm or rainy, we advise people to wear clothes that will keep them calm, comfortable and dry. We provide helpful information on clothes ahead of the first day at camp. We can also provide some kit for you, such as wellies. All of this will be covered ahead of the first day at camp.

We encourage everyone to get involved with cooking a campfire lunch each day and we have a range of delicious meals to help keep things healthy. We can cater to all dietary requirements and we’ll be sure to understand this ahead of time.

I notice how being outside makes me feel good and I enjoy sharing that opportunity with others, watching them grow and become more confident in themselves.

Our support doesn’t stop just because you’re getting older. We help young people transition into our adult programmes to ensure continuous support.
