WHY TAKE PART IN ONE OF OUR WOODLAND team DAYS?
Our employee wellbeing days have many benefits, but some of the reasons people have booked us before include:
Boost team wellbeing
Time in nature reduces stress, improves mood, and enhances overall mental health.
Strengthen team bonds
Spending time in the natural world fosters deeper connections, creates a memorable experience and builds trust amongst teams.
Encourage creativity
Our minds open up when we spend time in nature. Encourage creative problem solving by rooting yourself in nature.
Improve communication
If you’re trying to overcome communication challenges or want to encourage new ways of working, our Woodland Days can be designed to do just that.
Reduce stress
Spending just 30 minutes in nature drastically reduces the stress hormone cortisol. Reduce stress across your organisation by connecting them with nature.
Support our vital work
By hosting your team wellbeing day with us, you’re helping to fund vital health and wellbeing support across Norfolk and Suffolk for children, adults and young people.
WHAT DO OUR WOODLAND TEAM DAYS LOOK LIKE?
Our team woodland days are a chance to enjoy time together away from pressurised work, deadlines and the indoors. We’ll take you and your teams on a journey of discovery by enabling you to connect with nature and each other. You can even have fun along the way! We’ll get you working on challenges together, learning new woodland craft skills and enjoying food nestled around a campfire.

The team tried their hands at coppicing (a form of woodland management), built dens, enjoyed campfire cooking, and whittled masterpieces. The day wrapped up with the best treat, marshmallows roasted over a fire.
