Connecting Your Business with Community

Traditional relationships between the business and charity sectors tend to be transactional. However, we believe partnerships work best when staff can feel directly connected to our development and are enabled by us to make a real difference to those less fortunate in their communities.

We’ve many examples of where this has worked to mutual benefit with our existing partners through staff volunteering time to help us or taking part in fundraising events to raise money for us. You may even have someone you have identified as a future leader that could join our trustee board as a training step towards your own executive board?

Existing corporate partners tell us they have seen significant benefits as a result of their partnership with us, including in such areas as:-

  • Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Retention
  • Marketing Benefits with their Clients and their Local Community
  • Team Work and Relationships
  • Mental Health Awareness and Employee Wellbeing
  • Leadership Development
  • Employee Motivation and Purpose
