You will work within a small, but highly effective team and will work across multiple programmes and sites. The role is predominantly office/home based, but you will need access to transport to access our woodland sites on a regular basis (which are on the verge of becoming quite muddy!) Green Light Trust takes great pride in the care and support we provide for all young people to ensure they get the most out of their time with us and beyond.
 
Key responsibilities and activities
·          Work with our delivery team to provide opportunity for young people to engage in education, learn essential life skills and grow in confidence and self-esteem within the natural environment. 
·          Effectively work with  a case load of young people who have multiple and  complex needs.
·          Work with young people, families, and support services to ensure the participants’ needs are met, progress is communicated effectively, and participant pathway opportunities are identified

·          Develop and maintain relationships with participants and other support agencies. 

·          Represent GLT externally at forums, networks, and events

·          Fulfil appropriate risk assessment with the young person, delivery staff and referral partners

·          Contribute to GLT’s evaluation framework by collecting qualitative and quantitative data. 
·          Maintain high standard of record keeping, reporting and administrative skills

·          Manage and escalate safeguarding concerns, working with your manager and where appropriate, other partners
