Hailing from a nursing background originally, Louisa has strong leadership and management skills, gained while working throughout the health and social care for over 30 years.

Lou served as a Trustee from March 2016 - March 2023 and now supports employees as a professional volunteer heading our Reflective Practice team of volunteers.
