About the role

As a Wellbeing in Nature Facilitator, you’ll work directly with Participants, helping them develop new skills, build confidence, and overcome personal barriers—all through the power of nature.

This varied and rewarding role combines delivery, participant support, and administrative responsibilities. You’ll work with individuals and groups of all ages and abilities, tailoring activities to meet their unique needs, from supporting mental health to fostering skills for independence.

About you

We’re seeking someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about helping people grow and thrive. You will need to be positive, patient, resilient, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also need to be confident in planning sessions tailored to participants needs. You will have good attention to detail and feel confident using our Beacon CRM system to maintain professional participant records.
