Finance assistant

About the role

Our Finance Assistant will work closely with our Finance Manager and be a member of our Support Services Team, to support financial administration and accurate record-keeping.

This is a new role that will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of Green Light Trust. You will help ensure our systems and processes are well organised and our teams are supported to deliver services and support Participants across Suffolk and Norfolk.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience of finance and administrative work, including processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately.

You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records.

As someone who loves variety you will easily be able to switch gears from processing invoices and expenses claims to welcoming calls and visits from our guests and participants in the same afternoon.

Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and company policies consistently is essential.

As are confident communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to colleagues, suppliers, and visitors.

Excellent IT skills, including confidence using spreadsheets and M365 are a must.
