HEALTH AND WELLBEING SUPPORT ROOTED IN NATURE
Spending time in woodlands reduces stress, lowers anxiety and increases concentration levels. Life can be tough at times which means creating space is important – you get exactly that coming to one of our woodlands. Our support in Norfolk and Suffolk helps you to build your confidence, connect with other people and learn new skills.

Our health and wellbeing programme
During your time with us at Green Light Trust, you’ll have space and time to try out new experiences, spend uninterrupted time in nature and make new friends when you’re ready to. We’ll take you on a journey to learn practical woodland management skills, bushcraft skills and green woodworking all while learning about the plants and wildlife around you. Don’t worry if these skills are new to you – we’ll take things at your pace and introduce them when you’re ready. Every person is different, which is why our support is tailored to you and your needs.
By spending time in nature and taking in your beautiful surroundings you’ll feel calmer and more present. Our camps are sanctuaries that enable you to learn and feel the benefits beyond our woodlands.

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress for the weather! Whether it’s warm or rainy, we advise people to wear clothes that will keep them calm, comfortable and dry. We always advise on clothing ahead of time so people know what to expect.
WHAT’S FOR LUNCH?
We encourage everyone to get involved with cooking a campfire lunch each day and we have a range of delicious meals to help keep things healthy. We can cater to all dietary requirements and we’ll be sure to understand this ahead of time.
