The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide clinical supervision to GLT employees and volunteers who support our participants across all the GLT programmes. We understand the importance of maintaining positive wellbeing and mental health and the need for professional reflection and development and know that Clinical Supervision is one element that can support this.

Main duties consist of the following


• Providing virtual or face to face group or 1:1 clinical supervision to employees and volunteers
• Provide clinical and specialist advice on areas requiring clinical guidance outside of supervision, as needed
• Ensure high ethical and professional standards adhered to in line with governing frameworks e.g., BACP
• Keep accurate, factual records of clinical supervision
• Advise the Senior Clinical Supervisor and Operations Director on key themes of psychological or organisational matters that need addressing
• Assist with the training and development of employees and volunteers
• Maintain high standards of knowledge and training, reviewing organisational training and informing practice.
• Adhere to GLT policies and procedures

Qualifications


You will need to be a qualified Mental Health professional for example - Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Counsellor, Psychologist
