Social Blooms is a partnership project between Green Light Trust & Dial. The aim of Social Blooms is to work with people who are unemployed and/or dealing with mental health difficulties, or have special education needs, to carry out gardening and garden restoration at a variety of sites throughout the Yarmouth area. People involved will gain new skills in various aspects of gardening, managing green spaces and conserving wildlife, as well as gaining an opportunity to work as part of a team, meet new people and socialise.

Free 12 week course for adults dealing with mental health issues, those in active recovery, or those with Special Education Needs.

Eligibility

Participants must be over 16, have a Norfolk or Suffolk postcode and be unemployed, economically inactive or NEET (not in employment, education or training).

No need to bring food, lunch and all refreshments are provided, please be sure to state on the booking form if you have any allergies or dietary requirements
