This is a West Stow Country Park course, supported by Green Light Trust.

This programme aims to empower individuals with skills and opportunities to maintain their own social support networks, move into volunteering or employment, and become less dependent on support services: individuals are enabled and supported by us to become more self-reliant and purposeful.

The activities include: conservation tasks at our own and third party sites; planning, organisational and team-building skills; craft-based and woodworking skills; the opportunity to be supported with qualifications such as food hygiene, first aid, etc.

An example of what individuals can expect from a course can be seen in this video Enablement group at Rushmere Common
