This is a West Stow Country Park course, supported by Green Light Trust.

This programme aims to empower individuals with skills and opportunities to maintain their own social support networks, move into volunteering or employment, and become less dependent on support services: individuals are enabled and supported by us to become more self-reliant and purposeful.

The Social & Craft enablement course is an opportunity for experienced participants to focus on the crafting elements that they would normally get from an Into the Wild at West Stow Mental Health course; developing skills they have tried before such as carving and furniture making, as well as trying new activities like basket making, bark work and natural fibres, natural dyes and inks, herbal remedies.

Participants will need to do some research and experimentation themselves as well as support each other in their learning.
