Green Light Trust is keen to help people of all ages and circumstances to gain an improved sense of health and well-being through the introduction of our Health and Well-being programmes.
The benefits of being in the natural environment and the powerful effect it can have on an indidvidual's sense of well-being is well documented. Embedded in all of our educational programmes we work to give as many people as possible the opportunity to benefit from an outdoor learning experience, discovering new skills along the way, increasing their knowledge of the natural world and experiencing the joys and benefits that working within nature can bring.
