Together we will look at the folklore, stories and life of a deer.
We will continue by respectfully skinning, butchering, preparing and cooking the meat on an open fire along with foraged plants.
We will look at how you can tan hide, use the sinews and bones as well as cooking up a feast.
Bring your own packed lunch & refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
