We are pleased to announce that our Low Carbon Champions project is live!   

                 

Green Light Trust is the main delivery partner in an ERDF funded project that looks to improve the sustainability of small to medium sized enterprises in Suffolk.

Low Carbon Champions is offering 75 small to medium sized companies in Suffolk the chance to receive:

 * a comprehensive Carbon / Energy Audit and action plan

* 30 hours of mentoring support to reduce carbon and improve efficiency

* a grant of up to £5000 to pay for carbon saving equipment and initiatives

* assistance in achieving a recognised award for carbon management

* signposting towards further sources of support

There aren't many places you can go to get free advice on improving the performance and environmental sustainability of your business and then receive funds to achieve it, which is probably why we have companies lined up to take part before we have even started to advertise.

Low Carbon Champions is a key project within the Suffolk Greenest County campaign and is supported by Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, Suffolk Climate Change partnership and Choose Suffolk.
