OCN Level 3: Forest Schools Leaders Award

This leadership course is perfect if you're interested in running your own Forest School. 

What does the course involve?

This course is 90 hours long and spread over 4 weekends (a first aid outdoors weekend and 3 intensive training weekends).

There is also a day-long tutorial and assessment, and time is set aside for self-directed learning, completing assignments and Forest School pilot sessions. 

Who can take part?

This course is open to anyone with 2 or more years experience working with children - for example teachers, nursery nurses and LSAs. You must have a current CRB certificate to take part. 

How much does it cost?

This course costs £885 per person. 

When and where does the course take place?

This course is run from our base in Lawshall, Bury St Edmunds.

The next Level 3 course takes place over the following weekends:
Unit 1 - Saturday 30th  & Sunday 31st October
First Aid - Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th November
Unit 2 - Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th December
Unit 3 - Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd January 2011
