Would you like to get involved in woodland and countryside activities and at the same time improve your mental and physical wellbeing?

New woodland design * Planting a new woodland * Tree & hedge planting * Formative tree pruning * Coppicing * Scrub & ride maintenance * Green woodwork * Hedge laying * Hay raking by hand * Making green wood structures * Creating living willow structures * Willow weaving * Pond dipping* Botanical survey* Breeding bird survey * Woodland art and crafts * Animal homes* Bush craft (shelters, fires and cooking)* Whittling * Green skills.*

We are running a 5 week programme for up to 12 people every Thursday from

10am – 3pm starting on 1st October 2015 to 30th October 2015

at Frithy Wood, Lawshall

Transport will be confirmed once places have been allocated. The course is free to attend.
