We are keen for as many organisations as possible to enjoy our unique, inspiring surroundings - so we keep our hire costs as low as practicably possible.
Please bear in mind that the building is constructed of environmentally friendly materials, using 'deep green' principles. We hope you enjoy your time here, and that everyone using the building will appreciate and respect our ethos and leave it as you find it.
Our current rates

To book
- Please contact us to check availability and book.
- We will hold your booking for one week from the date you contact us.
- When we receive your completed booking form, we will confirm your booking.
- When you receive your booking confirmation, please read it carefully and let us know straightaway if anything is incorrect.
Payment
We will take a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 5 working days before your booked date. If you book less than 5 days in advance we will take full payment when you book. We reserve the right to consider booking(s) cancelled if the full due payment is not received on time.
You can pay by:
- cheque, payable to 'Green Light Trust'
- BACS transfer
Cancellations
Please note the following charges if you cancel:
- 20% for cancellation 72 hours or more before the booked date.
- 80% for cancellation less than 72 hours before the booked date.
We will not be liable for any losses direct or otherwise if we have to cancel a booking. We will offer alternative date(s) subject to availability.
Disclaimer
Please note, the hirer is liable for any losses or damages incurred during the hire period. Our terms and decisions shall be final in all matters. Clients loading their own software do so on the understanding that they own adequate licenses to do so and will indemnify us against any losses incurred through breeches of copyright.
