As a founding associate of Maynard Leigh, he specialises in leadership, teams, innovation & creativity, and has led personal development courses worldwide since 1985. He works in all areas of interpersonal management, working in the private and voluntary sectors. His recent focus is on the climate change debate and how that effects businesses through their CSR strategies.

Nigel has experience of a wide range of clients, including Asprey, The Scottish Executive, VW Financial Services, the London Stock Exchange and Barclays. He is currently engaged on Leadership Essentials - a leadership development programme for senior and emerging leaders at Barclaycard, and an ACE Teams project for Visa.

At The Foundry this year he has run successful team events for, Suffolk County Council Policy Team, the Horseracing Forensic Laboratory Management Team and the Forestry Commission, East of England.
